Visiting the website
When you open a page, the server technically processes your IP address and browser details to deliver it. For security reasons the upstream web server logs requests (IP address, time, page); these logs are deleted regularly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Visitor statistics without cookies
For simple visitor statistics we store the page, time, language and – if available – the referring domain. Instead of your IP address we only store a daily changing, non-reversible hash of IP address, browser identifier and a secret daily value. No cookies are set and no profiles are created (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Entries are deleted after 400 days.
Contact form and e-mail
If you write to me via the form or by e-mail, I process your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), topic and message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Completed requests are deleted automatically 365 days after receipt, open ones only after completion. To prevent abuse, a shortened hash of your IP address is kept for 24 hours to limit the number of requests.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies for visitors. A technically necessary session cookie is only used in the protected admin area.
Fonts and external content
Fonts and all content are loaded from our own server; no third-party services are embedded. Links to Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps or OpenStreetMap are plain links: data is only transferred when you click them – the provider's privacy policy then applies.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Just write to keramik@tonikum.at. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
